Missing security tab in file properity windows

We install iis5.0 in winXP that upgraded from Win98. We
got error message-[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access
Driver]General error Unable to open registry
key 'Temporary (Volatile) Jet DSN for process 0x5d8
thread 0x52c DBC 0x76783c Jet'. We got information from MS
knowledge Base Article-315456. it ask us to change
permissions setting by security tab on file properties
window. But we have only share, websharing,sharing and
customize tabs over there. How can we view security tab.
Any suggesstion will be very appreciated.

Folder options. At the bottom of the view tab is an option to disable simple
file sharing. Do so and you'll see the security settings exposed in
explorer.
