I have tried to burn my video footage to DVD using "Click
to DVD." When I press the Create DVD button the software
will convert the video, then seperate audio, but when it
gets to creating the image file it displays a very vague
error message: "Cannot create image to hard disk drive
due to an error." I can't determine whether or not it's
the software or that Windows won't transfer the file
because of the large size of the file. I have pursued
help from Sony and other intelligent sources but no one
can seem to come up with the answer to my problem. I
would greatly appreciate if some one could help me with
this problem.
