Task scheduler will not start at any of the set times.
Message about improper password, etc..

Scheduled tasks must be run with the credentials of an account that has a
password assigned. There is a work around, but it creates a major security
hole, since it allows other features of the OS to be accessed with a blank
password (particularly remote connection features).
See http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm line 67, Run Scheduled
Tasks......... you want the "Home" link there.
Note: You've been warned about the possible security implications.
