I have successfully captured a number of video clips
using WMM2, but every few clips, the capture video wizard
gets held up in between stages (right after you choose
the quality, and right after you choose automatic vs.
maual capture). The program freezes up, I get the "not
responding" message, and I have to close down the program
and start again, hoping the glitch is solved, which 4 out
of 5 times it isn't.
I also have had intermittent problems with WMM
recognizing my Sony Video camera, though again, sometimes
not.
How do I fix these problems? It's becoming quite
frustrating to use this program, and I'm wondering if I
should search for another, more convenient software.
It seems like WMM1, which I used previously, did not have
as many problems. Should I uninstall WWM2 and re-install
WMM1? I like the "Best Fit to File Size" feature on WMM2,
but only when it works!
Please somebody tell me what to do!
