windows error

I am trying to get into pagebuilder in yahoo, geocities i
am using microsoft internet explorer when i click on the
link it gives me this error. WINDOWS.OPEN RETURNED NULL)
can someone tell what is wrong. I am running windows xp.

I dont see this as a documented error anywhere Phil. What is the exact
verbage of the error message? Do you happen to have a popup blocker of
some kind installed on the machine?
