media player codecs

is there any way of getting the Quicktime codecs for
playing movie files with windows media player 9 as i dont
like using Quicktime.If there is can you tell me where to

No, Windows Media Player cannot use the QT codecs. There are players out
there that can, such as Media Player Classic (modelled on WMP 6.4 but NOT an
MS product). I don't have the link handy but a quick google should find it
for you...
