Error message on internet sign on

On any of my XP user accounts, I keep getting bombarded
with the error message cannot C:\ programfiles\clientman\
run\datuapp.dat. This does not happen on my Adminstrator
account , only if any of the user accounts sign on.
The message begins and fills the display. You cannot,
click anything, access or do anything else except
restart the computer.
The grandson had over 40 messages on the screen before I
could restart the computer.
