fullscreen/secondary monitor (tv out)

when i use the widows media player to play music videos
the secondary fullscreen monitor does not work
properly.after selecting a music video to play and after
the second or more song has played,if i change songs the
secondary monitor changes from fullscreen to reguler
player view. the secondary monitor continues to operate
without being in fullscreen until i restart the media
player. i need your feedback.
