task bar

i have mesenger and icq as an icon on the task bar (near
the clock)
every time i open the pc i must close manually the icons
of this programs.
I cant take them out of the task bar whitout uninstalling
them.
I open the task bar (left click ) properties .hide
inactive icons etc whit no success.

What more i can do
