I had the same problem. I'm not sure if you've tried this
or not, but go to settings, advanced, displays and click
on either the "TV" or "Panel" button until both buttons
turn blue, and there are small squares at the botton of
the panel and tv box. Click apply and you should be able
to see the image on your TV.
