I started to install XP and I think I had problems with
the video card, because it wouln't finish the
installation. I replaced that card and now when I go to
re-install XP it stops on "Starting Windows XP" Is there
a way to re-install XP and get to the screen where I
format and partition the drives? I am hoping if I can get
back to the beginning, it will recognize the new video
card.

(first answer) Just boot from Windows XP CD. That should
take you all the way to format yor C: drive. Just
remember any information on the disk will be erased.

I tried that and it picks up from downloading all the
files and does not give me a choice to reformat the
drive.
