try to go in to bios and load defalt setings
if that dont work format and reinstall you might have a
virus or a file missing?
best thing to do is to take youre hard drive out and put
it in a nother system take the files you nead and
reinstall
or get a new harddrive if you dont care about youre files
just reinstall it on youre old one
