I recently upgraded from Win. 98 on a 800 mhz machine w/
256 mb or ram to xp w/ 768 mb or ram. When I did the
upgrade, something is happening to sound when I use
Pinnacle DV 7.15 or when I playback certain files using
windows media player. the Sound is sped up and grabled.
I wonder if I need to upgrade my soundcard. My computer
was purchased in the fall of 2000. Just wondering if the
sounbblaster PCI-16 card is out of date now with xp or if
it's something else? thx.
