Hi,
I would like to ask anyone about Subject - I've bought this
A/D converter last week, connected it yesterday to my PC.
When I've fed analog video and audio into it, it was
detected immediately as "DV analog device", system asked me
what I want to do, so I've started Adobe Premiere 6.0 and
tried to capture some test video.
All I've got was black frame with no audio, but Premiere
reported running timecode.
I've tried 2 Firewire cables - original 4-6 pin and brand
new 6-6 pin, 6-6 connected to card's internal connector,
4-6 connected to card's front 4-pin connector.
Firewire support is enabled in BIOS, Firewire controller is
detected as HW and is working properly.
My config:
ASUS P4C800 DeLuxe
P4 2,66GHz
512MB Kingmax CL2 DDR400
ATI Radeon9800Pro
Win XP Pro SP1
DirectX 9.0a
I have also found a note somewhere that this card have some
issue with XP SP1.
Does anyone have any suggestions? If there is really an
issue with XP SP1, does anyone know any workaround or
working solution (besides of WXP downgrade)?
