unistall shield wizard

I am unable to unistall some programs because the install
shield wizard pops up saying it is unable to unistall
this program---- Ex... Sponge bob---

Hi Larry,

Go to Start/Run and type in:
msiexec /unregister [click ok]

Then Start/Run and type in:
msiexec /regserver [click ok]
