HOW TO 'LINE UP ICONS' ON XP DESKTOP

When I right click the mouse on my XP desktop, I don't
see "Line Up Icons" on the menu.
Is there a way to line up the desktop icons so they are
evenly spaced?

You should be able to do a right mouse click on you desktop a choose,
Arrange Icons By. You can choose the option to Aligned to Grid.
