Movie Maker problem

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to upgrade Microsoft Movie Maker to version 2. However when
i start the install process i keep getting told "" error 1904. module
C:\ program files\movie maker\wmm2ae.dll failed to register"".
If i then start the program up it seems to work ok. Could someone
please advise me as to what the problem might be.Thanks
