Windows XP Upgrade REPORT

XP Asks me to update driver for DiamondMax hard drive
85120A8 as it is not compatable. Windows Update does not
have an updated driver,
Maxtor.com tells me to get the driver from Windows Update.
Please tell me where I get the Driver Update.
