windows installer

i received an error masage "windows installer can not be
access" while i was trying to install a program i dont know
what to do..any help much appreciated thanxx

Did you get this error message?

"The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. You may be running in
Safe mode or Windows Installer may not be correctly installed. "

If you did then follow the instructions on this website and your
installation files should work again.
