I woke up this morning I turned the PC on and everything
seemed ok. I am using Windows XP professional.
I opened the first program or window (Internet Explorer)
and it opened fine but it does not appear as an icon in
the main toolbar. I have tried to manipulate the
toolbar , resizing it, changing the order of the
appearance of the rest of the quick launch icons but the
bigger icons that denote that a window is open do not
appear. I know it sounds like a beginner's problem but it
has me puzzled.
The only way I can toggle between opened windows is by
pressing the Alt + Tab keys. Minimising the opened
windows does work but I want to resolve this problem due
to the nature of my work (I have to use the toolbar to
toggle between the opened programs).
Please of anyone knows please take me out of my misery.
Thank you in advance.
