audio dropout at 2:03

i'm exporting a video file to a handycam using ulead 5.0 under xp pro and i
keep getting an audio dropout for about half a second at 2 minutes 3 seconds
into the export. it happens exactly the same way every time. has anyone else
experienced this? i've rendered to a 29.97 fps 24 bit NTSC avi file which
plays with no problems. the problem occurs only when i export to the
camcorder using the firewire connection.
