Blurry is the middle of the screen

My display is blurry/fuzzy in the middle of the screen.
The outsides are nice and crisp, but the middle always
remains blurry/fuzzy. Any suggestions on how to correct
this would be helpful. It makes me feel like my eyes are
tired and it is time to go to bed when I look at my
screen.
