I am trying to use mm2, I have A pinnacle studio TV card.
Whenever I try to select this device for capture,
PCTVCAP.DLL I get a message saying the device is in use. I
have no other known programs running.
I know the card works with composite input, if I anable
the device as webcam say, all is fine. Any ideas, or how
can I tell what may be using the device?
