if u are talking about a Video CD (VCD) then at best u can
fit 120 minutes of low quality video and still have it
watchable. Video CD's are made using MPEG-1 video. The
only format u can use is MPEG-1. Now if u are talking
about just burning the wmv or divx(avi) to a cd and trying
to get 180 minutes on it, u r still going to have the same
problem. u video is going to be very un-watchable it u
try to fix 180 minutes on a single CD in any file type. u
need to decrease the video and audio bitrate to be able to
fit more video on a single cd, as u lower the bitrate the
audio will sound worse and the video will be un-watchable.
