I just installed this software from MS free downloads but
when I open it from desktop, I get hourglass for about 20
sec, then error message telling me it wants to shutdown.
The message in the details of the error says "C:\DOCUME~1
\CIRCUI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER18.tmp.dir00\appcompat. txt"
I have tried to reload it a couple times but no luck. I
noticed you can't delete the program once it's installed.
Anyone out there ever have this happen to them?
