Search Function

Greetings,

I have a CAD program that uses 1000 or so files with
a .cab extension. (They are acctually text files) I need
to do a search in them using words or phrases that are in
the file text. I have done this with Windows98 repeatedly
but XPPro does not seem to search inside the file for the
text I am trying to match. It appears that the problem is
the .cab extension as it will search on text in files
with different extensions.

Is there any way to acheive what I am trying to do?
