Disabling conecting to shared printers?

My comp work in network and every day he connect and
instal every shared printer (and any shared directory) in
network.
Is it possible to prevent that and conect only those
printers and shares which I decide.

Enver,

Open Windows Explorer and go to the Tools menu and choose Folder Options.
Click the view tab and uncheck the option at the top labeled 'Automatically
Search for Network Folders and Printers'.
