Save as DV-AVI (PAL) ?

Am I missing something obvious, or does moviemaker not
allow one to save as DV-AVI (PAL) ?

Or, doesn't it matter ?

You can save to DV-AVI - the option is in the pick list of other settings
when you save a movie.

Use the pulldown menu > Tools > Options to select NTSC or PAL
