Contact the maker of your computer for a restore disc or for how you can
resintall Windows XP.

Computer manufactures who sell computers with Windows preinstalled are
required in their licensing agreement with Microsoft to provide a way to
restore the system. Some provide "Recovery CDs", some provide full OEM
versions of Windows and some have a hidden partition on the hard drive which
contains the restoration files. You should have documentation outlining what
to do in the event of a system failure. If the computer is under warranty
contact the vender.
