Windows XP networking question

I am running windows XP Pro clients, XP Server 2003. I would like to log
onto the server (domain) and have administrative access (Files and all) on
local machine, how do I set the permissions.

This is in the local (or group?) policy: whether domen users are administrators on local machine or
not.
