How do I reset my windows updates option? When I to to
the Automatic updates tab it states that the Windows
updates services are not available. Everything is grayed
out. no options. can you help me?

Click Start, Run and enter SERVICES.MSC Locate the Automatic Updates
service and make sure it set to Started and Automatic.
