I have two USB 2.0 slots, and two USB 1.1 slots on my
laptop. They 2.0 slots are 'supposed' to be transferring
at 480Mbps (which I need for transferring my digital
video), but I feel it's probably going around 4 to 5 Mbps.
I've heard that you can change the bandwidth of how much
it can go. I want the USB2.0's to go the full 480Mbps...
How do you do this?

480MBbps is theoretically the limit. the rest of the device in your
computer can not write and transfer data this fast. All you can do is make
sure you are using a USB2.0 device and cable not USB1.1
