upgrading to Verto GeForce2 MX400 PCI card

I just installed this card to upgrade from 8MB to 64MB
video for my son's new game. Everything seemed fine
except that I get an error while trying to install the
software... "An error has occurred while launching
setup. (0x80040702) Can anyone help me out?

Was the original 8mb on the motherboard? If so, you need to go into the
BIOS and disable it.
