CinciDave,
The bottom line of your post, WUAUMQR.EXE, is your problem. It's a
virus/worm, and it's a pain to get rid of. In the interest of
not-reinventing-the-wheel, go here for removal instructions:

Patrick, Thank you...Thank you... It was a tough battle,
but 4 glasses of wine later and I'm clean. I also found
the Britney_Spears and cybercop files embedded in the
registry which I eliminated also. I will pass this web
page on to Debbie (RE: 9/4 @10:35AM, BASIC Group).
