Does this look familiar to anyone? What does this mean:
Windows Shell Common Dll? I've been trying to download
something, and every time I try to open it after I
download it a message pops up and states that this is
required.
Thanx

Usually, applications come with all the required files. If you are not
otherwise having an issue on your system, it would appear something is
missing from the downloaded application. It's possible the download is
corrupt or it's corrupt on the server in which case no matter how many times
you download it you will still get this error.
If you are not receiving this error from other downloads, it's probably
looking for something in the download package. You might try contacting
whoever administers the site and tell them the issue.
