Hi Shari,
The best thing to do is to download Microsoft's latest
version of Media Player. If that's not feasible, doing a
search on MP43 on the Microsoft site might turn up a
codec which should come with instructions for you to
install.
Or, typing in "download mp43" on your favourite search
engine should turn up a stack of matches complete with
instructions.
