Did you recently install a new video card? Or perhaps
update video drivers?
I have seen the opposite happen before after installing
card/drivers, wherein start-up screen was too small.
When you are loaded, try changing the screen size on the
monitor itself (buttons on the front of screen)
Or if this does not help, try reinstalloing video
drivers. Make sure you uninstall old drivers before
installing new ones. If you dont have drivers on disk,
simply find out what kind of video proccesor you have and
go to their website. It may be helpfull to save them to
disk.......
