Even after following the instructions from the help
section, I am unable to get an address bar to come up.
Anybody have a suggestion?

Thanks so much!

You mean in Internet Explorer? Have you tried hitting F11 on your keyboard?

Doug Knox's fix works very well.

Alternate:
Download IE Addressbar fix from here:
http://www.angelfire.com/dragon/sramesh2k/reg/IEToolbar.reg

Resets Toolbar, Addressbar positions to defaults. Restores hidden/missing
bars

Ramesh
