Windows Installer

Recently, whenever I turn my computer on, it
automatically goes to Windows installer. It is trying to
install Roxio Easy CD Creator. However, Roxio is already
installed on my system. I have to cancel it out 3 times
before the program shuts down. It's not interfering with
any of the computer functions. It's just annoying. How do
I get Windows installer to shut down and not open when
the computer is turned on?
