XP Media Center Edition

I have heard that XP Media Center isn't compatable with
the same hardware as XP Professional/Home. I know my
computer will run Windows XP without hardware conflicts.
Can I run Media Center without conflicts as well?

XP Media Center is not available for retail purchase as a separate operating
system, but only bundled with XP Media Center PCs.
