Help!
My DVD player has always worked perfectly since I bought
my computer a year ago. Recently I went to the Windows
Update page and downloaded all the windows updates for
Windows XP. After I rebooted, my screen settings were
totally wonked - I set those back to what they were
before. Then I tried to play a video - on PowerDVD,
Windows Media Player and Interactual Player. All three
programs froze up and that "this program has to shut down,
do you wish to send an error report" thing. The drive
still plays CD's just fine. I've tried looking through
support, the faqs and playing with my color & video
settings - no luck!
