MPEG Question

Hi,

I have several mpeg video clips where when I try to fast
forward through them, I am unable to. I would drag the
fast forward slider bar in Windows Media Player forward
in attempts to fast forward through the clip. However,
the video clip will not move forward and the bar would go
back to the original loacation from where it left off.

It must be some sort of setting? Can someone help me
figure out how to turn this non-fast forwarding feature
off? Thanks in advance.
