I am using a logitech pro 4000 on my PC which is running
XP Professional.
I can receive video and voice (via netmeeting) but the
other party gets nothing. They have just the logo screen
and no voice.
What I have done:
- checked the pc and there is no firewall running
- disable the virus scanner
- check to make sure the "send" is marked in Netmeeting
- used another computer on the same line (running 2000)
and it worked fine
I have read that with dial up networking, there can be a
problem with the ISP not being able to handle header
compression. As I have a hi-speed cable connect, I do not
think this is applicable.
Is there a utility to find out is preventing the camera
from transmitting?
Thanks
