Changing the size of Attach File Window in OE 6

I'm using Window XP Pro Home Edition with SP 1. I would like to know
how to resize the Attach File window in Outlook Express 6. Thanks in

You cannot save customizations for these dialog boxes. This means: if
the window is too small you have to drag it up each time the dialog
box opens again.
