m at my wit's end. I have tried to get help from Sony, who
says the Camera is fully compatible with XP. I have tried
DEll from whom I bought the computer who tells me that
they only do the normal installs and do not have any
fixes for XP. I cannot get support from Microsoft who
mechanically tells me to go back to the OEM who is DEll.
I have posted to various forums without success. So I
feel like I'm on a "merry go round" without end. Here is
my story. Can anyone help???
