Problem:
Help and Support Center will no longer open.
Background.
Recently, the Help and Support Center will not open and
displays an error message stating "Help and Support Center
has encountered a problem and needs to close."
I recently installed a McAfee firewall, virus scan and
privacy service. When I disable all of those programs, I
still cannot open the Help and Support Center.
Thank you for any suggestions.
