Hello,
My PC: WinXP pro (all updates), Epox with Via chipset
KT400, AMD 1800, ATI AGP Radeon 7200 VE (Dual Monitor). I
use only 1 Monitor.
The Problem is named some times in this newsgroup and in
many others around the globe by others. If I want to make a
screenshot with the print button WinXP saves the screen but
not the content of the mediaplayerbox or the tv box. If I
try to make a screenshot in Diablo2 WinXP does not save a
jpg file in the d2 folder as it should.
I 've worked and played with Win2k for more than 3 years
and screenshots as described worked as they should without
any problems. System-diverence TNT2 card, older chipset and
Win2k.
I have tried all drivers of the world ;) but it doesnt
work. The only hint I can give is: if I slow
hardware-acceleration up to deactivate directX
accellerations then I can make screenshot of the WMP or the
tv-box.
But this is no sollution! I cannot play with those settings.
Bye the way: 3rd party tools dont help. I have tried them
all ;)
So help of a real professional is needed :)
