Photos from my digital camera were downloaded to My
Documents for some reason. In trying to delete them they
delete and then make another copy of the photo in My
Documents. In trying to delete them I have about 10
copies of each picture in My Documents . I have also
tried to send the photos to another folder thinking I
could delete the whole folder. Does not work. It still
makes additional copies in my documents. I have had this
new computer with Windows XP for a couple of weeks. I did
not have this problem with the other computer with Windows
98. Help please this is getting frustrating. Glo

A mouse can be very sensitive in XP. If you vary pressure on the button
while dragging a file, you can easily end up making copies of the file.
Suggest using an alternate method of deletion. Select the file you want to
delete with your mouse, then press Delete on the keyboard.
