someone out there - please help me out.

I accidently blocked several email recipents and dont
know how to unblock them. help desk dosen't give
information for windows xp

For Outlook Express:
go to Tools>Message Rules>Blocked Senders List...
Highlight name you want to unblock; this should make the "Remove" button
functional (no longer greyed out). Click on it, then OK. Note that you
may have to do this an entry at a time. I honestly never needed to do this
so I am unsure if/how you can select multiple unblocks.
