I have a video capture card that should allow me to watch TV on my PC. The
drivers are successfully installed. What Microsoft Windows XP supplied
software allows me to view the video and watch TV? When I had Windows 98, I
used WebTV for Windows. But it seems WebTV for Windows is not supported for
Windows XP. Can you watch TV with Windows Media Player if you have a video
capture card?
